Oaklands Milk comes from A2 tested cows. The A2 protein is known to be more gentle on the stomach and may improve digestibility, especially for those who struggle with dairy intolerance.
Oaklands Milk is pasteurised, meaning heated rapidly to 72 °C and then chilled rapidly. This process reduces viable pathogens whilst maintaining the milks goodness.
Oaklands Milk is not homogenised. That’s why you’ll need to give your Oakland’s milk a shake if you’ve left it sat in the fridge.
